ResQ is a great way to "focus on the bigger picture". As an operator, one of the most difficult tasks is keeping up with return-visits from vendors for repairs. ResQ is simple to track and get answers to the necessary questions. My favorite function is being able to track total $ spent on each piece of equipment, as well as warranty information, etc... so you can decide when replacing older equipment is economical, especially for more complex jobs. All vendors are "graded", so you have a good idea of what to expect. Communication via laptop and mobile app is integrated and you can stay connected on-the-go.
